1. Membentuk ukhwah Islamiyah dan menjadi satu keluarga

2. Melahirkan pelajar anak Sabah yang mempunyai jati diri selaras dengan tuntutan Islam

3. Memastikan kebajikan anak Sabah terjaga terutama dari aspek kewangan, kesihatan dan akademik
